Review: This is another film adaptation of the novel by Irvine Welsh, which is defined as unfilmable, though, when I read the book before it came out, I for one was impressed with the story and stiffness movie people focus on one protagonist.The antihero question Bruce Robertson (James McAvoy), quirky brass trying to make maximum use of the opportunity for science, destroying their rivals by a series of violent complex scheme. Meanwhile, his mind was deteriorating, and he's often haunting memories, dreams, reality and humanoid animals. The film is fairly faithful to the source, and changes (including some clearly blunted the edge) is reduced to varying artform.Irvine Wales statement said McAvoys better than De NIROS Taxi Driver. I do not think it is appropriate comparison. Scorseses is a successful feature of post-traumatic depression, while more manic John S. Bairds film. For me, the film is more reminiscent of Filth Clockwork Orange. As Kubricks masterpiece, all reported subjective aesthetics of the central character. And there is more gentle nods: use of classical music, henbane window, Jim Broadbents rethinking the nature of the deltoid (a probation officer, a psychiatrist now) and visual contact with 2001: A Space Odyssey.Before production of the film, I was not convinced casting McAvoy, but after watching it I can safely say he's transformative? Grab a bipolar wildness and fear in one facial expression indicate a special performance. Toss support provides a colorful mix of cartoons. Jamie Bell, Eddie Marsan and Imogen putts all make an impact at the moment when there is no dominant McAvoy screen.For me, do not need notes about the tone of the film.
